5-8 business days after an online order. Inventory for all ordered items will be confirmed prior to shipment. No partial orders will be shipped. Once your order ships, you will receive an e-mail confirming the shipment and the carrier.
If you are unable to be at your home or place of business (and if it is safe to leave the item), the carrier will bring your package to the front door. If it is not advisable to leave the item, the shipper will contact you with alternate delivery instructions. If a wrong shipping address was provided, standard Return Policy applies. Please contact a Customer Care associate at 1-800-950-4782 to make any adjustments for ensuring successful delivery.
Shipping days do not include weekends and public holidays.
We shipped our products with UPS, Fedex, or USPS. The shipping rate is based on UPS rates. All of our shipments are insured so you don't have to worry about your package being lost or stolen. Please contact us if there is any issue with your package.
We ship within 24-48 hours out of Maryland, the continental US should receive their product within 5 business days of shipping.
We do not accept returns in our channel.
