History of Office Liquidators

* Started in 1985 in a 9,000 sq. ft. warehouse on West Evans Avenue in Denver selling only used office furniture and had 2 employees.

* In 1986 we moved a few blocks, however remained on West Evans, to a 20,000 sq. ft.showroom/ warehouse and stayed there through 1989.  During this timeframe new office furniture was added as well as refurbished panel systems.  We had approximately 20 employees by the end of 1989.

* In 1990, we moved to a 35,000 sq. ft. showroom/warehouse at 5250 E. Evans Ave where we stayed 11 years.  Our employee count rose to approximately 40 employees during that time.  We also became the first HON Showcase Dealer in Colorado. 

* In 1998, we formed Corporate Environments to focus on contract furniture.  We formed an alliance with Allsteel which we continue today. 

* In 2001, we moved to our present 53,000 sq. ft. showroom/warehouse location at 11111 West 6th Avenue in Lakewood where we presently have 53 employees. 

OTHER FACTS

* Office Liquidators is the largest used office furniture dealer in Colorado. We have the largest showroom of any Colorado office furniture dealer and we are the largest HON dealer in Colorado.

* Purchased and sold approximately 20 trailer loads of office furniture from the Winter Games in Salt Lake City.

* Purchased and sold 4 trailer loads of office furniture from the Enron headquarters in Houston in 2006.

* Locally owned and operated.

*  Office Liquidators has purchased office furniture coast to coast from approximately 30 states and sold office furniture in 46 states.

* Office Liquidators has the HON and Allsteel contract to sell office furniture to Jefferson County Schools, which is Colorado’s largest school district.  We also sell to numerous other school districts in Colorado and around the country.
