Delivery Options and Receiving Instructions

Standard UPS - Office Supplies and Technology:  Supply and technology orders will be shipped via UPS.  If your order contains both furniture and supplies, your supply order will arrive via common carrier with your office furniture via the method you choose to deliver your furniture.

Cost: Standard UPS shipping of supply and technology prodcuts is Free for orders over $50.00.  Orders under $50.00 will be charged a $7.95 shipping fee. 

Tailgate Delivery - Office Furniture: Product will be delivered on the tail of the truck via common carrier, i.e. Yellow Freight, Roadway or U.S. Freight to the curb or dock. It is your responsibility to remove the product from the tail of the truck and move it into the building where the product is needed. You will be responsible for removing the product from the cartons, assembly when necessary, putting the product in place, and disposal of all cartons. (Note: Please carefully read receiving instructions below).

Cost: Tailgate Delivery is subject to the distance from Office Liquidators and will be calculated at checkout.

White Glove Delivery and Installation - Office Furniture: A full delivery and installation service is available. This service includes delivery of the product to your designated location, removal of packaging materials, assembly of product and setting the product in place. This service also includes disposal of all cartons and packaging material. (Note: Please carefully read receiving and freight claim instructions below).

Cost: Delivery and Installation is quoted based on order value and distance from Office Liquidators at the time of checkout.  Please contact officeliquidators.com at either 866-380-4978 or sales@officeliquidators.com for more information if necessary.

*There may be an additional fee of $45.00 for stairs in excess of two (2) flights.

Receiving Instructions

All deliveries will require that an adult be present to inspect and sign for the shipment. If there is visible damage to the packaging, you should immediately open the packaging and inspect the product for damage. If there is damage, you may refuse the item and ask the freight carrier to take it back to the originating point. If this occurs, please notify Office Liquidators at customerservice@officeliquidators.com or at (303)759-3375 (800)279-3365 and arrangements for a new product to be delivered will be implemented.
