RULES AND REGULATIONS

Eligibility:

The nominee must be a 501 C (3) organization in the Denver Metro Area which consists of; Adams, Arapahoe, Boulder, Broomfield, Denver, Douglas and Jefferson counties.

How to Enter:

1. Only nominations received through the www.OfficeLiquidators.com website will be accepted.
2.  Nominations may be made by the nonprofit organization's members, donors, volunteers, employees, beneficiaries, or anyone else with knowledge about the nominee's nonprofit work and good deeds.
3. Only one nomination per email address will be allowed.
4. Nominations for pre-finalists will be accepted starting January 26, 2010 at 8:00 a.m. until noon on February 15, 2010.

Determination of Winner:

1. Every entry will be judged based on:
   1. The organization’s devotion to ethical business practices to execute the nonprofit's mission.
   2. Positive influence on the community.
   3. The need for a more efficient workspace.
2. No purchase is necessary to enter or win.

The nonprofit winner will be determined through the following process:

1. Nonprofits are to be nominated through the online form located at www.OfficeLiquidators.com.
2. All nominations will be reviewed and Pre-Finalists selected by a team consisting of Office Liquidators management and local representatives of the sponsors of the contest.
3. Pre-Finalists will be notified and will be required to submit via email a submission form which will include office photos, mission statement and a logo of their nonprofit organization. The deadline for this submission will be noon Tuesday, February 23, 2010.
4. From the Pre-Finalists, the panel of local judges will select five (5) Finalists. These finalists will be posted online at www.OfficeLiquidators.com for public voting beginning March 4, 2010 at 8:00 a.m. and ending at noon on March 29, 2010. Only votes submitted online at www.OfficeLiquidators.com will be accepted.

The winning nonprofit organization will be determined through public votes and by the panel of local judges. Public voting will account for 50 percent of the total score, and the combined score from the five judges will account for 50 percent of the total score. In the event of a tie, the candidate with the most public votes will win.

Prize:

The Grand Prize will be $30,000 of new office furniture and services.

Retail value includes Office Liquidators’/Corporate Environments’ design services and installation. Prize is not to exceed $30,000. Prize may include any mutually agreed upon combination of office furniture from Allsteel, HON or from the Office Liquidators’/Corporate Environments’ showroom.

Installation of prize must take place during the working hours of Monday-Friday 8 am - 5 pm. Office Liquidators must approve the scheduled installation date.

Under this mutually agreed upon agreement, once approved and completed, Office Liquidators will not be obligated for any further renovations and/or alterations.

Prize may not be resold and is to be used solely by the winning nonprofit organization.

Runner up Winners:

The four runners up of the contest will receive a $1,250 gift certificate for any furniture located in the Office Liquidators/Corporate Environments showroom.

Winners:

By accepting a prize, winners consent to the use of their name, photograph and business information in future promotions, local publications, media outlets and online without further compensation, except where prohibited by law. Odds of winning depend on the number of entries received.

Office Liquidators is not responsible for omission, disruption, deletion, defect, delay in operations, theft or unauthorized access or alterations of entry materials, or technical, network, electronic, computer, hardware/software malfunctions of any kind. Office Liquidators is not responsible for any injury or damage to any entrant's or any other person's computer related to or resulting from submitting or downloading any materials in conjunction with this program or for entries that are late or misdirected. The winner is responsible for all local, county, state and federal taxes related to the prize.

The pre-finalists, finalists and the winner will be published online at www.officeliquidators.com.
