Auction Registration:
Before you can participate in an auction you must create a live bidding account. Once your account has been created you may choose an auction in which you would like to bid. Simply click on the "Registration" button located throughout the listing and catalog. You will need to provide your contact information, shipping location, and a valid credit card. American Express, Master Card, Visa or Discover.

Before you bid - Inspection of merchandise:
Making a purchase on Proxibid is much different than making one on a traditional retail site. The item you are purchasing can be one-of-a-kind, used, or new. All sales online sales are final. All items are sold as is, where is, with all the faults, imperfections, omissions and errors in the written description and photography. It is the sole responsibility of the bidder/buyer to conduct due diligence to verify the condition and description of an item prior to placing any bid on the Web site. You may inspect the items at Office Liquidators’ showroom located at 11111 West 6th Avenue, Lakewood, CO 80215 – intersection of West 6th Avenue and Simms Street. Showroom hours are: 8:30 – 6:00 Monday through Friday; 10:00 – 5:00 Saturday and noon – 5:00 Sunday.
How to bid:
Timed Auctions:
Timed auctions have a set duration. When the set time period ends the highest bidder wins the item. I a bid is place with less than five minutes before the end of the timed auction, an additional five minutes will be added to the auction time.
Quick Tips for Successful Online Bidding:
- Register early: In many cases your personal information must be reviewed by Office Liquidators in order for you to be approved. We recommend that you register at least 24-48 hours in advance of the auction start time.
- If your pre-bid is out bid, you will be notified by email.
- When you place a bid you can place a minimum and maximum bid. If your minimum is outbid and you have not placed a maximum, you can elect (when you register) to receive an email indicating you have been outbid. If you place a maximum bid, your bid will automatically be incremented per the chart below:
Payment:
All sales at this auction are final. There are no refunds, returns or exchanges.
Office Liquidators accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. We will request your information during the registration process and will charge your card within 48 hours after the auction ends.
Non-payment:
Buying at auction is different than buying retail. Once the auction is over, unwanted items cannot easily be resold. Any bidder who cannot make full payment agrees to pay $25 plus 25% of the invoice (including tax and buyer’s premium) for the cost associated with re-marketing, storage and other expenses incurred when preparing the item to be resold at a future auction.
Since all items are either showroom samples or slightly used, items are not eligible to be shipped by common carrier.
Bidder may pick up items at Office Liquidators warehouse at 11111 West 6th Avenue, Lakewood, CO 80215 or bidder may contact Gino Gonzales to coordinate delivery and cost of that delivery.
